Get Involved

Taking part in what we do is a great way to make a difference. You can choose how active you want to be, ranging from a simple tweet to show your support, through to small or large fund-raising or just sharing your thoughts.

3. Watch out for the men in your life

We at Mandown believe in the power of the buddy system. Whether it’s a network of friends, our family or just some understanding colleagues. We invite you to learn more and to join us as a switched on buddy for the men in your life and work, with our safe and easy tool: Click here to have a look at the WATCH page on this site.

4. Fund-raising and Donations

Coming soon, thanks for your patience!

5. Share your experience

If it might be something you could do, we would love to hear about getting through your own experiences or about the men you know who might have taken their own life. Please contact us using the form at the foot of this page.

6. Be a “Friend of Mandown”

Friends of Mandown are a group of people who want to help us out with ideas and suggestions about our work, or by making connections with other people and resources that might be useful. Those who want to, get together twice a year for a celebration and we keep in touch in the interim via an online collaboration tool called Trello. Membership is at the discretion of the directors and has a few ‘be helpful’ type rules. If you might want to help out in this way, again with as much or as little as you’d like to do, we’d welcome hearing from you using the form at the bottom of the page quoting “Friends of Mandown”.
